I wrote this blog three weeks ago, but it still seems like the right thing to share. It is a very short note to say thank you to all the campers and parents who have made this summer perhaps the most joyous session in years. Covid might have created many challenges, but I think it also has helped us appreciate life and camp more. We got close to “normal” camp, and the campers shined.

Susie Ma’am rightly points out that I am occasionally wordy, so please allow me to err on the terse side. Frankly, I think I could either write a very, very long blog about all the things I am thankful for, but I will just say it again:

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

PS The photo is from a camper gift. As I showed in my blog about the Tiger Cub, I love tigers. This will be our favorite tissue container in our house! We also had a camper from China do the scroll below several years ago. It is so cool to see young men being creative and kind!
